Recent Cases

  1. People v. Merissa J. - Client participated in a take over armed robbery with gange enhancements. Co-defendants were sentenced to 7 years in State Prison. Our client served house arrest and probation.

  2. People v. Ezell M. - Client charged with 2 counts of attempted murder on police officers, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon with great bodily injury. After trial, was convicted of 1 count of assault with a deadly weapon, was released with credit time served.

  3. People v. Derrick T. - Client was charged assault with a deadly weapon, was accused of running over a female pedestrian. Three eye witnesses identified him as the driver. Acquitted after trial.

  4. People v. Ryan B. - Client charged with possession of controlled substances for transportation or sale and simple possession. Felony dismissed, misdemeanor dismissed after an alcohol and drug education program.

  5. People v. Cecilia T. - Client arrested for possession, illegal possession of cocaine, dismissed on our motion after suppressing an illegal detention and search.

  6. US v. Ana B. - Federal prosecution, multi million dollar Country wide methamphetamine manufacturing and distribution. Two of the defendants sentenced to 35 years to life, our client - Federal Probation.
